How Can You Grow as a Leader?

Have you considered how God wants to expand your influence in the Gospel both at Redemption Hill and in our region?

In order for the local church to thrive, its members must be grounded in the core ideas and teachings of the scriptures. We have partnered with the Antioch School of Church Planting and Leadership Development to bring you opportunities to further your own personal growth and maturity for the building up of the body of Christ.

Antioch School of Church Planting and Leadership Development

Distinctives About the Antioch Program

Antioch emphasizes training in the church, by the church and for the church. It is local-church training without the typical paradigm of a school. How do they accomplish this?

Church-Based Training

  • Antioch believes the best way to train up leaders is within the context of the local church, with training done by church leaders and church networks.

Competency-Based Assessment

  • Much of degree-based education focuses on the accumulation of credits. With Antioch, the emphasis is on ministry skills, character development, living in community with other believers, and understanding and passing on sound doctrine. This is all done in the context in which you live.

National Accreditation

  • Antioch is nationally accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Council (DEAC).

Cost-Effective Tuition

  • Total tuition is $7,200 for any Antioch School degree program (nearly 80% less than the national average).
